"I was born into the bakery bizz. My parents owned Maurice’s Bakery in San Jose for 27 years and growing up it was the biggest part of my life. When I was a baby my parents would bring me to the bakery and put me on the table and I would sit there and watch my dad make cakes and pastries for people. When I got older I moved to a play pen on the floor to watch my mom (or my mom watch me) while she was decorating cakes! When I was old enough to reach the sink in the back I started my first job of washing pots and pans. That’s where it all started!

I have learned to love baking and I feel like it’s my creative outlet.
